Restricted Use
There are a number of countries where card usage is restricted as they are subject to US economic sanctions. If you attempt to use an ATM in any of these countries, your request will be declined and the reason given as "Declined, prohibited country".
The countries currently affected by sanctions are:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Libya
- Sudan
