Replace or Cashout
Card expiry
Cards expire three years after they are activated.
Alternatively, just take your valid photo ID to any Thomas Cook or Going Places store that sells Thomas Cook Cash Passport and load a new currency card.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it, however, your balance is PIN protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds. If you only have one card or both your cards are lost or stolen we will send you free replacement cards.
Cashout and Close
If you would prefer not to keep your card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance from a Visa ATM assuming that the balance is large enough. Alternatively, you can take your card back to a Thomas Cook or Going Places store and they will refund the balance.
