Card expiry

Before your card expires we will contact you to ask if you’d like to transfer the balance to a new card.

Alternatively, just take your valid photo ID back to your Cash Passport retailer to transfer any remaining balance and load a new one.

Lost or stolen cards

If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it and organise a replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds. If both cards are lost or stolen, we will send you free replacement cards.

Cashout and close

If you would prefer not to keep your card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM’s issuing limits) from a Visa ATM. Alternatively, you can take your card back to the place you bought it and have your balance refunded, less any applicable fees. (See clause 8 of your Terms and Conditions)
